Nail Extravaganza ~ City of Bones #2

Hello!

A while ago I made this nail art, which was a take on City of Bones. Of course, I just had to do it again. This time I chose different runes and also made a nail art tutorial video!

So here are some images, and a video for you to try it out yourself! All the colours you really need are black and white, making it even easier to work with.

Video Tutorial:

Olivia's Question: Are you a fan of the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare?

  1. Hey Olivia,

Great post, I liked your way of creating the city of bones using a nail paint. You seem to be a creative person. I hope you are having a good day.

    Cheers,

    1. You should try the books! I loved them a lot more than the movie. A series is coming out and I am very much looking forward to it :D

  6. I love to get creative with nail color. Hasn't happened for a while, though. Too many animals in the household ... with too much hair. My best ever design looked like tartan. I put the book on TBR at GoodReads as this is a new to me author/series.

    1. Yes, it might be difficult with so much going on because you do have to give it time to dry and make sure nothing is getting glued into it (and becoming part of the design,) I hope you do like Cassandra Clare - I love her books even if they are very typically YA reads.

  8. Cool! I am going to buy me a nail kit of my own so that I can practice. I hate going to the nailshop because the chemical smells give me migraines. These are just too cute. Awesome job!
