NOTD: Pink and White!

Good morning! Have a good weekend everyone!

Today I have another nail art post for you! I have always been a fan of the two coloured nails so I decided to make my own two coloured design and jazz it up with including some nail jewels in it as well. Here are the final results and a tutorial video in case you were interested in trying it out for yourself as well!

Video tutorial!

More news! I've decided to take on something else, which is a new blog called These Writerly Conundrums. Over there I am one of six co-bloggers there to give you all sorts of writing advice! I know this might be good for a few of you as Nanowrimo is happening soon as well! Comment below your Nano names so I can add you to my buddy list as well ;)

Come check out the new blog here! I promise you won't regret it :D

Olivia's Question: What colours do you think would make a good combo?

  1. Cool nails! Thank you for including a tutorial. :)
I'm right-handed and I'm having a hard time painting my nails with my other hand XD

    1. It can be tricky to learn how to do it with your other hand! But continuing to practice at it is the best way to learn ^^

  2. I'd say do a blue and green combo. As for NaNoWriMo, (OMG, it starts tomorrow ), my name is plain ol' lidywilks. Happy Halloween and good luck to us all!

  3. I'm often too lazy to do more with my nails than paint them one colour but I would like to do this sometime!

    1. That's the best thing about this design - it isn't too complicated because it works mostly with two colours.

  4. Well done. Good color combination choice.

  5. Looks great! My favorite colors are blue and green. Doesn't matter what type of blue or green, I just love the colors. I think that'd make a great look.

  6. Really like your nail art but I won't be able to do it. My hand shakes pretty badly and I'm surprised I can paint my nails most of the time. And there are so many colour combos I love, purple and black with one of many :)

    1. :/ That's a shame, but it is good that you can paint them at all then! Most colours go well with black. I like black and red especially ^.^

  7. I can't paint my nails to save my life. Lol. You must have some wickedly steady hands!

  12. These are really cool. They look red and white in some of the photos, it makes them kind of look like sideways pokeballs haha!

  15. Hi Olivia,

Seems like we have another thing in common, apart from books. A good video explaining you've created to explain 'how to paint nails in two different color'. :)

I love painting my nails in two colors. Though, it's a task I usually avoid; consumes time and has the potential to go wrong. ;)

Congratulations on starting a new blog! :)

    1. It seems like we do have more in common than simply our love for reading! Nail art as well. It does take a bit of time, but the more you do it, the less time it will take. And thank you <3
